عنوان فارسی بررسی میزان انطباق منابع پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد با معیارهای ارزیابی Ovid و Silberg
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: پزشکان جهت یافتن پاسخِ پرسش های بالینی و حمایت از تصمیـم گیـری های بالینــی خود به طور قابل توجهی از منابع پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد، استفاده می کنند. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین میزان انطباق منابع پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد با معیارهای Ovid و Silberg است. مواد و روش‏ها: این مطالعه از نوع کاربردی است و با استفاده از روش های پیمایشی و وب سنجی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل 6 منبع پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد بود. ابزارهای مورد استفاده سیاهه ارزیابی معیار Ovid و Silberg بودند. داده های به دست آمده بعد از ورود به نرم افزار آماریSPSS با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (فراوانی و درصد فراوانی) و استنباطی (آزمون آماری اسپیرمن) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته اند. یافته‏ها: یافته ها نشان داد، پایگاه ها در سطحی معادل 88/88 درصد با کسب امتیاز کل 48 از 54 منطبق با معیار Silberg و در سطحی معادل 92/36 درصد با کسب امتیاز کل 319 از 864 منطبق با معیار Ovid بودند. این امر بیانگر آن است که وضعیت پایگاه ها در معیار Silberg بیشتر از نصف کل امتیاز بوده، ولی در معیار Ovid کمتر از نصف کل امتیاز بوده است و همچنین بین میزان انطباق منابع پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد با معیارهای Ovid و Silberg همبستگی وجود نداشت. نتیجه‏گیری: گرچه منابع پزشکی مبتنی برشواهد از لحاظ معیار Silberg معتبر شناخته شده اند، اما در طراحی آن ها مولفه های مربوط به رابط کاربری، قابلیت استفاده و مسائل فنی در نظر گرفته نشده است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and aim: Doctors considerably use evidence-based medicine in order to answer their clinical questions and support clinical decisions. The aim of this paper was to determine the compliance rate of evidence-based medicine resources with Ovid and Silberg criteria. Material and methods: This study is an applied research, which was carried through survey and webometric methods. The samples were consisted of six evidence-based medicine resources. Evaluations were done by using Silberg and Ovid Criteria. The collected data was analyzed in SPSS (version 20) by using descriptive statistics (frequency and frequency percentage) and analytic (Spearman's test). Findings: Findings showed that databases complied with Silberg criterion at a level of 88/88% with a total score of 48 out of 54 and complied with Ovid criterion at a level of 36/92% with a total score of 319 out of 864. This indicated that the position of databases in Silberg criterion was more than half of the total score, but in Ovid criterion, it was less than half of the total score. Results also showed that there was no correlation between compliance rate of evidence-based medicine with Ovid and Silberg criteria. Conclusion: Although evidence-based medicine resources have been validated according to Silberg criterion, components such as user interface, usability, and technical issues have not been considered in their design.
